§ 315.39. Damages for interference

June 13, 1975 House Bill 1 - 111th General Assembly Any person violating section 2921.31 of the Revised Code shall be liable for all damages sustained by any other person by the hindrance of the county engineer or his deputy, and all expenses and costs that accrue in consequence of the attendance of the sheriff, who, upon the call of such engineer or deputy, shall accompany and protect him.
