§ 317.34. Recording without approval

October 1, 1953 House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly No county recorder shall record a map or plan of a subdivision of a lot or ground without the approval or certification of such map or plan by the planning commission, platting commissioner, legislative authority, engineer, or other board or officer.
