§ 317.35. Record of plans and drawings of public buildings

January 30, 2014 House Bill 72 - 130th General Assembly (A) The county recorder shall record the plans and drawings filed under section 9.56 of the Revised Code and shall make them available for public inspection. (B) For services provided, the county recorder shall charge for photocopying ten dollars for the first two pages and two dollars for each page thereafter.
