§ 340.031. Inspecting mental health residential facilities - acquiring property

July 1, 2017 Senate Bill 319 - 131st General Assembly A board of alcohol, drug addiction, and mental health services may: (A) Inspect any residential facility licensed under section 5119.34 of the Revised Code and located in its service district; (B) Acquire, convey, lease, or enter into a contract to purchase, lease, or sell property for addiction services, mental health services, and related purposes, and enter into loan agreements, including mortgages, for the acquisition of such property.
