§ 341.09. Separation of prisoners in county jails

July 6, 1982 Senate Bill 23 - 114th General Assembly When the design of a county jail will permit, the separation of prisoners shall be as required in the minimum standards for jails in Ohio. The department of rehabilitation and correction shall, when necessary, initiate appropriate judicial proceedings for the enforcement of this section.
