§ 341.35. Private operation of correctional facility

September 29, 1995 House Bill 117 - 121st General Assembly The board of county commissioners of a county with a county jail, workhouse, minimum security misdemeanant jail, or other correctional facility may enter into a contract under section 9.06 of the Revised Code for the private operation and management of that facility, but only if the facility is used to house only misdemeanant inmates.
