Ohio Rev. Code § 351.17

June 29, 1988 House Bill 772 - 117th General Assembly Any holder of convention facilities authority revenue bonds or convention facilities authority tax anticipation bonds issued under this chapter, or any of the coupons appertaining to the bonds, and the trustee under any trust agreement, except to the extent the rights given by such chapter may be restricted by the applicable resolution or such trust agreement, may by suit, action, mandamus, or other proceedings, protect and enforce any rights under the laws of the state or granted under such chapter, trust agreement, or the resolution authorizing the issuance of such bonds, and may enforce and compel the performance of all duties required by this chapter, or by the trust agreement or resolution, to be performed by the authority or any officer of the authority, including the fixing, charging, and collecting of rentals or other charges and, in the case of convention facilities authority tax anticipation bonds, the levy and collection of the excise taxes anticipated.
