§ 503.15. Boundary change if corporation located in two or more counties

October 1, 1953 House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly When a municipal corporation is situated in two or more counties, the application for change of township lines provided for by section 503.07 of the Revised Code may be made to the board of county commissioners of the county in which the change of boundaries is proposed, or, if the change is to be made in two or more counties, such application shall be made to the boards of the several counties as to the territory situated within them, respectively.
