§ 505.30. Liability for damages

October 1, 1953 House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly The township or its officers shall not be liable for damages, from any cause in performing waste disposal service. Private parties or firms entering a contract to perform said service shall carry public liability and property damage insurance, in an amount acceptable to the board of township trustees, and shall present proper evidence of such insurance to the board.
