§ 505.63. Liability insurance for firefighting personnel

March 3, 1982 House Bill 76 - 114th General Assembly A board of township trustees or a board of fire district trustees may purchase a policy or policies of insurance insuring each township or fire district officer and the board's employees and appointees against liability arising from the performance of their official duties.
