§ 507.08. Recording of bonds of constables

December 20, 2005 Senate Bill 107 - 126th General Assembly Official bonds of constables, as soon as approved by the board of township trustees, and before being filed, shall be recorded by the township fiscal officer in the book kept for that purpose. A copy of such a recorded bond, certified by the fiscal officer, shall be admitted in any court in this state, as evidence, the same as the original bond. For recording such a bond, the fiscal officer shall receive the sum of fifty cents from the party giving the bond, and for each copy of such a bond, the fiscal officer shall receive the same fee from the party demanding the copy.
