§ 509.10. Arrest on view or warrant - keep the peace

November 6, 1959 House Bill 571 - 103rd General Assembly Each constable shall apprehend, on view or warrant, and bring to justice, all felons, disturbers, and violators of the criminal laws of this state, and shall suppress all riots, affrays, and unlawful assemblies which come to his knowledge, and shall generally keep the peace in his township.
