§ 707.03. Petition presented to county commissioners

March 2, 1992 House Bill 228 - 119th General Assembly The petition required by section 707.02 of the Revised Code may be presented to the board of county commissioners at any session of the board, after which the board shall make it available for inspection of any interested person. Upon presentation of such a petition, the board of county commissioners may charge a fee to the agent of the petitioners, to cover the cost of verifying the signatures on the petition.
