§ 711.21. Commons may be changed into streets

October 1, 1953 House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly On application made and notice given according to sections 711.17 and 711.18 of the Revised Code, the court of common pleas may change any commons included in the plat of a municipal corporation into streets, and cause such change to be recorded as provided by section 711.20 of the Revised Code.
