November 13, 1992 Senate Bill 331 - 119th General Assembly The terms of members of an interstate regional planning commission, the method of their appointment, and the proportion of the costs to be borne respectively by the various counties and municipal corporations in the region in creating the commission shall be determined by such counties and municipal corporations.
