§ 713.32. Compatibility of offices

December 13, 1967 House Bill 460 - 107th General Assembly Any member of an interstate regional planning commission may hold any other public office, appointive or elective, and may serve as a member of a city, village, or county planning commission, except as otherwise provided in the charter of the city or village. Members of the commission shall serve without compensation, but may be reimbursed for expenses incurred in pursuit of their duties on the commission. The commission shall elect its own chairman and other officers from among its members, and shall establish its own rules and bylaws, schedule of meetings, and such committees with such powers as it deems necessary to carry on its work.
