§ 721.18. Exchange of lots for school purposes

October 1, 1953 House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly When any lot of land lying within the limits of a municipal corporation has been dedicated, given, or granted thereto, and set apart for the use and support of schools, the court of common pleas, on the application of the mayor or legislative authority thereof, may authorize an exchange of such lot for such other lot within the limits of the municipal corporation as the interest of the schools therein require. All lots so taken in exchange, shall be held for the same purposes and subject to the same conditions as the original lots.
