§ 725.06. Form and selling of bonds

September 26, 1988 House Bill 774 - 117th General Assembly Urban renewal bonds issued under section 725.05 of the Revised Code shall be in such form and shall be sold in such manner and upon such terms and price as determined by ordinance of the municipal corporation issuing such bonds to be in the best interest of such municipal corporation.
