§ 727.26. Notice of passage of ordinance

January 1, 1962 House Bill 262 - 104th General Assembly Upon the passage of an ordinance under section 727.25 of the Revised Code levying a special assessment, the legislative authority of the municipal corporation shall publish notice of the passage of such ordinance once in a newspaper of general circulation in the municipal corporation, stating that such assessment has been made and is on file in the office of the clerk of the legislative authority for the inspection and examination of persons interested therein.
