§ 733.04. Appointment of municipal officers in cities

October 1, 1953 House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly The director of public service, director of public safety, directors of the university, street commissioner, or any officer or member of a board, whose appointment is required by Title VII of the Revised Code shall be appointed not earlier than the second Monday in January and not later than the first Monday in February.
