§ 733.43. Accounts of treasurer

October 1, 1953 House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly The treasurer of a municipal corporation shall keep an accurate account of: (A) All moneys received by him, showing the amount thereof, the time received, from whom, and on what account received; (B) All disbursements made by him, showing the amount thereof, the time made, to whom, and on what account paid. He shall so arrange his books that the amount received and paid on account of separate funds, or specified appropriations, shall be exhibited in separate accounts. In addition to the ordinary duties of such treasurer, he shall have such powers and perform such duties as are required by any ordinance of the municipal corporation, not inconsistent with Title VII of the Revised Code, and not incompatible with the nature of his office.
