§ 735.11. Powers and duties of city hall commission

October 1, 1953 House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly Subject to the approval of the director of public service, the commission appointed under section 735.10 of the Revised Code may acquire in the name of the city, by purchase or appropriation, land for city hall purposes, and may employ architects and approve plans and specifications. It shall make, in the name of the city, all contracts necessary for the construction and furnishing of such city hall, which shall be made after advertisement and bidding as provided by sections 735.05 to 735.09 , inclusive, of the Revised Code, and shall be subject to the approval of the director. The commission shall keep a full record of its proceedings.
