§ 742.361. Certification of amount required to be paid

November 2, 1999 House Bill 222 - 123rd General Assembly On or before the first day of August in 1982 and on or before the first day of August in each year thereafter, the board of trustees of the Ohio police and fire pension fund shall certify to the treasurer of state the amount required to be paid in the preceding fiscal year to persons first receiving a benefit or allowance prior to July 1, 1981, under divisions (D), (E), (F), and (H)(2), (3), and (4) of section 742.37 and by sections 742.377 and 742.3710 of the Revised Code. Upon receipt of such certification, the treasurer of state shall pay to the fund the amount certified.
