§ 743.15. Disposition of aqueducts and water pipes in case of annexation

October 1, 1953 House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly The municipal corporation shall take full charge and control of the mains and water pipes mentioned in sections 743.12 to 743.14 , inclusive, of the Revised Code, keep them in repair at its own expense, and, in case of annexation to the municipal corporation of such territory, the municipal corporation shall pay a just compensation therefor and shall thereupon become the owner of them.
