§ 745.13. Writ of mandamus

October 1, 1953 House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly In addition to the methods of enforcement provided by sections 745.01 to 745.14 , inclusive, of the Revised Code, the duties imposed upon public utilities by such sections shall be enforceable by mandamus and all other judicial proceedings provided for the enforcement of the duties of public utilities.
