§ 749.19. Hospital membership in public health and welfare associations

November 4, 1965 Senate Bill 340 - 106th General Assembly The governing body of any publicly owned hospital may authorize such hospital to be a member of and maintain membership in any local, state, or national group or association organized and operated for the promotion of the public health and welfare or advancement of the efficiency of hospital administration and in connection therewith to use tax funds for the payment of dues and fees not to exceed, in the aggregate, the sum of five thousand dollars in any one year.
