§ 749.25. Rules for management and control of property

November 15, 1991 Senate Bill 233 - 119th General Assembly The board of hospital trustees shall have the entire management and control of the erection, rebuilding, and repair of all buildings, and the entire management and control of all grounds acquired pursuant to section 749.20 of the Revised Code, and shall adopt rules for the protection, care, and government thereof. Such rules, when approved by the legislative authority of the municipal corporation, shall have the same effect and may be enforced by the same penalties as ordinances thereof.
