§ 755.07. Rules and regulations

October 1, 1953 House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly The board of park commissioners may adopt and enforce regulations as to the proper use and protection of all property mentioned in section 755.05 of the Revised Code and the improvements thereon, and may impose penalties for the violation of such regulations.
