§ 755.09. Employees of board of park commissioners

October 1, 1953 House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly The board of park commissioners may employ a secretary, general superintendent, engineer, clerks, and other necessary employees for carrying into effect the purposes of its creation, and the board shall fix the compensation and term of service of such employees.
