§ 759.28. Appropriation of land for cemetery purposes

October 1, 1953 House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly When an appropriation of land for cemetery purposes mentioned in section 759.27 of the Revised Code becomes necessary, it shall be made by the municipal corporation, or if there is more than one such municipal corporation, then by the one having the largest number of inhabitants at the last federal census. Such municipal corporation, in making the appropriation, shall act for itself and any other municipal corporation or township uniting with it, and the proceedings therefor shall be the same as provided in section 719.01 to 719.21 , inclusive, of the Revised Code, where the appropriation is to be made for the use of the corporation alone.
