§ 759.41. Purchase of lands - improvements

October 1, 1953 House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly The legislative authority of a municipal corporation and the board of township trustees of a township, may purchase, for cemetery purposes, from an incorporated cemetery association the lands, lots, and improvements of such association remaining unsold and take a conveyance thereof. Such purchase money shall be applied to the payment of the legal debts of the association, and to the embellishment and preservation of the land purchased, and such other purposes as the trustees of the cemetery direct.
