§ 761.08. Bonds are lawful investments

November 1, 1965 House Bill 933 - 106th General Assembly Revenue bonds issued under sections 761.01 to 761.14 , inclusive, of the Revised Code, are lawful investments of banks, savings banks, building and loan and savings and loan associations, deposit guarantee associations, trust companies, trustees, fiduciaries, trustees or other officers having charge of sinking or bond retirement funds of municipal corporations and other subdivisions of the state, and of domestic insurance companies notwithstanding sections 3907.14 and 3925.08 of the Revised Code.
