§ 761.14. Issuing additional bonds for a project

November 1, 1965 House Bill 933 - 106th General Assembly If the legislative authority of the municipal corporation finds that the bonds authorized will be insufficient to provide the project to be leased or sold, additional bonds may be authorized and issued in the same manner as the bonds issued under sections 761.01 to 761.14 , inclusive, of the Revised Code. The municipal corporation may issue new bonds to provide funds for the payment of any outstanding bonds, in accordance with the procedure prescribed by sections 761.01 to 761.14 , inclusive, of the Revised Code.
