October 17, 2019 House Bill 166 - 133rd General Assembly (A) As used in this section, "beer," "cider," and "spirituous liquor" have the same meanings as in section 4301.01 of the Revised Code. (B) The department of agriculture may promote the use of Ohio-produced agricultural goods grown for inclusion in both of the following: (1) Beer or cider through the issuance of logotypes to qualified producers and processors under a voluntary promotional certification program to be developed and administered by the division of markets. The voluntary program shall be entitled "Ohio Proud Craft Beer." (2) Spirituous liquor through the issuance of logotypes to qualified producers and processors under a voluntary promotional certification program to be developed and administered by the division. The voluntary program shall be entitled "Ohio Proud Craft Spirits." (C) Pursuant to rules adopted under Chapter 119. of the Revised Code, the department may establish reasonable fees and criteria for participation in the voluntary programs. All such fees shall be credited to the general revenue fund and used to finance the voluntary programs.
