§ 905.44. Administrative rules

March 27, 2013 House Bill 420 - 129th General Assembly (A) The director of agriculture may adopt and enforce rules: (1) Governing the storing and handling of fertilizers; (2) For safety in the design, construction, location, installation, or operation of equipment, containment structures, and buildings for storing and handling fertilizers; (3) Requiring that guaranteed analysis be stated in a form other than that defined in section 905.31 of the Revised Code when another form will not impose an economic hardship on manufacturers, distributors, and users of fertilizer by reason of conflicting labeling requirements among the states. As used in division (A) of this section, "fertilizer" does not include anhydrous ammonia. (B) The rules adopted by the director under this section shall be adopted in accordance with Chapter 119. of the Revised Code.
