§ 917.11. Identification, labeling and branding

October 21, 1997 Senate Bill 87 - 122nd General Assembly All dairy products shall be identified during processing and all packaged products shall be labeled and branded as required by this chapter and Chapter 3715. of the Revised Code and rules adopted under those chapters, and by the "Nutrition Labeling and Education Act of 1990," 104 Stat. 2353, 21 U.S.C.A. 343, as amended and regulations adopted under it.
