§ 917.19. Inspections - right of entry

April 15, 2005 Senate Bill 202 - 125th General Assembly The following items shall be subject to inspection by a person designated by the director of agriculture: (A) Milk plant facilities and equipment; (B) Milk transport vehicles; (C) Dairy farms, including dairy animals, stables, milk parlors, milk houses, and milk vessels of milk producers. The inspector, while in the normal, lawful, and peaceful pursuit of inspection duties, may enter upon, cross over, and remain upon privately owned lands for those purposes and shall not be subject to arrest for trespass.
