§ 924.15. Enforcing compliance

November 21, 1969 House Bill 576 - 108th General Assembly The director of agriculture may institute such action at law or in equity as appears necessary to enforce compliance with this chapter, any regulation adopted by the director under authority granted by this chapter, or any marketing program which is established in compliance with this chapter.
