§ 925.04. Records of date of processing of shell eggs

October 6, 1992 House Bill 499 - 119th General Assembly Each producer and processor shall keep records of the date of processing of the shell eggs distributed, sold, or offered for sale by him. Each producer and processor shall maintain such records for not less than six months after the shell eggs are packaged and shall make the records available to the director of agriculture or his designee upon request.
