Purchase of school busses

Official statutory text

Whenever the Oklahoma Public Welfare Commission shall determine

that a school bus is needed for educational, training or treatment

purposes at an institution under the jurisdiction of the Department

of Public Welfare, it may authorize the purchase of such bus from

funds available for the payment of operating expenses of the

institution.
