Oklahoma Commission on Children and Youth Revolving

Fund.

There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund

for the Oklahoma Commission on Children and Youth, to be designated

the "Oklahoma Commission on Children and Youth Revolving Fund". The

fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year

limitations, and shall consist of all monies received by the

Oklahoma Commission on Children and Youth, from contracts with other

state agencies or institutions, and not excluding any other source

of revenue. All monies accruing to the credit of said fund are

hereby appropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the Director

of the Oklahoma Commission on Children and Youth for the purpose of

paying for operating expenses of the Oklahoma Commission on Children

and Youth. Expenditures from said fund shall be made upon warrants

issued by the State Treasurer against claims filed as prescribed by

Oklahoma Statutes - Title 10. Children Page 152

law with the Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise

Services for approval and payment.
