Annual report

The Oklahoma Commission on Children and Youth shall prepare
annually a report describing the Oklahoma Mentoring Children of
Incarcerated Parents Program and measuring its effectiveness. The
report shall be submitted to the President Pro Tempore of the
Senate, the Speaker of the House of Representatives and the Governor
of this state no later than March 1 of each applicable year. The
report may be used for the purpose of determining whether to
continue or sunset the Oklahoma Mentoring Children of Incarcerated
Parents Program.
