Cooperative agreements with Department of Human

Services.
The Office of Juvenile Affairs is hereby authorized to, and
shall, enter into cooperative agreements with the Department of
Human Services for the use by both Departments of existing
community-based programs, management information and client tracking
systems, facility certification systems, community intervention
centers and other shared resources as deemed necessary or
appropriate by both Departments.
