Annual registration - Notification of change of name

An adjudicated juvenile sex offender ordered to register on the
juvenile sex offender registry shall be subject to annual
registration and change of name and address notification pursuant to
this act, except during periods when the juvenile is in the custody
of the Office of Juvenile Affairs.
