Proof of legal organization or ordinances - Recovery of

costs and attorney fees.

A. If a suit is instituted by a municipality, the municipality

shall not be required to post bond or to show its compliance with

any of the provisions of law as to its organization or publication

of ordinances unless the same is controverted by affidavit.

B. A municipality shall be entitled to recover its costs and

attorneys fees on the same terms and in the same manner as any other

party.
