Prohibition on change of venue - Disqualification of

A. No change of venue shall be allowed from any municipal
court, but the judge of the municipal court may be disqualified
under the same terms and conditions as are now provided by law for
courts of record.
B. In the event of an ethical disqualification by a municipal
judge, the senior municipal judge may appoint, on a case-by-case
basis, a sitting municipal judge in another municipality within the
same county or an adjacent county to act as a special judge for the
purposes of hearing the case.
