Meetings - Examinations - Pecuniary interest

Official statutory text

The board of control shall hold meetings at least once each

month and keep a complete record of all its proceedings. Three

members of the board shall constitute a quorum thereof. One of its

members shall visit and examine the hospital at least twice each

month. No member of the board shall have a pecuniary interest,

either directly or indirectly, in any purchase for the hospital,

except when such a purchase is made upon a competitive bid basis.
