Federal Consumer Credit Protection Act disclosure
Official statutory text
Effective July 1, 2014, the lender shall disclose to the debtor
to whom credit is extended with respect to a consumer loan the
information required by the Federal Consumer Credit Protection Act
as defined in Section 1-302 of Title 14A of the Oklahoma Statutes.
