Scope

Official statutory text

This part applies to consumer loans. Section 3-309.3 of Part 3

of this article contains certain limitations upon the terms of

Oklahoma Statutes - Title 14A. Consumer Credit Code Page 139

extensions of credit under revolving loan account plans which are

subject to either a fixed or a variable rate and are secured by a

consumer's principal dwelling. In addition, Section 3-309.4 of Part

3 of this article contains certain limitations upon the terms of

extensions of credit under a subsection 10 mortgage referred to in

subsection (10) of Section 1-301 of this title.
