Issuance of license

Official statutory text

ISSUANCE OF LICENSE.

The Administrator may not issue a license under this act unless

the Administrator, following an investigation, determines that the

character and fitness of the applicant or of the applicant funder's

officers and directors warrant belief that the business will be

operated honestly and fairly in accordance with this act.
